This is a Wednesday night league for beginners and recreational players based in Raleigh.

TFDA is pleased to announce the 2011 Fall co-rec ultimate league in Raleigh for beginners and recreational players of all genders! Starting in September, the league offers weekly Wednesday evening games, for a total of 6 regular season games followed by a 2-week championship bracket. We’ll also offer some instruction on the fundamental parts of the game and work, including improvement and practice with throwing and catching the disc to help everyone enjoy the sport of ultimate.
Who: Beginners & recreational (non-club) players are welcome to register. Absolutely no experience is required! Just bring an enthusiasm to play a VERY fun sport!
When: Each team will play one game per week on Wednesday evening (from 6pm-7:30pm or from 7:30pm-9pm) beginning on September 7th and running through October 26th.
