About TFDA

TFDA is a registered non-profit, 501(c)(3), volunteer-run organization dedicated to creating opportunities for people to play, enjoy, and benefit from the sport of Ultimate. TFDA offers year round opportunities to play ultimate in the "Research Triangle" area of North Carolina (i.e. Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding communities). For ages 16 & up, TFDA organizes and runs 4 mixed-gender leagues in winter, spring, summer & fall. Leagues for younger players in the area are organized by the Triangle Youth Ultimate League (TYUL).
